Simon Bowen
Vigil Honor
Simon is an Eagle Scout from Troop 84 in the Pennsylvania Dutch Council. He received his Vigil in 2023 with Wunita Gokhos Lodge 39 where he currently serves as Lodge Chief and has also served in many other roles including first vice chief, second vice chief, treasurer, membership chairman, and banquet chairman. Simon also attended NLS in 2022 at Camp Alpine. Outside of Scouting he is a junior at Manheim Township High School where he plays on the varsity lacrosse team and will serve as the President of the Student Council for the 2024-2025 school year.

Collin Wheeler
Vigil Honor
Collin is a Life Scout from Troop 62 in Kemblesville, PA. He is currently a Vigil Member within Octoraro Lodge 22, where he serves as a Lodge Vice-Chief and the Conclave Vice-Chief of Shows for 2025. Collin completed NYLT in 2021 and NLS in 2022. Outside of the Order, Collin works in the Health Lodge at Camp Horseshoe, and is involved with his school’s film club.

Peter Gorman
Brotherhood
Peter is a Life Scout from Troop 73 in Valley Forge, PA. He is currently a Vigil Honor Member within Octoraro Lodge 22, serving as the current Lodge Chief. In the past, he’s served as his lodge’s Vice Chief of Administration, Kitchen Chairman, and Youth Protection Chairman. Peter Completed NYLT in 2021. Outside the Order of the Arrow, Peter serves as his troop’s Troop Instructor and works at Camp Horseshoe as a STEM instructor and Dining Hall Steward.
