Our Fall COC is scheduled for Saturday, November 11, 2023, at J. Edward Mack Scout Reservation. The
COC will begin at 10:00 AM. Lunch will be provided after our COC.
The Council of Chiefs (COC) is a gathering of the Lodge Leadership of the 5 Lodges in our Section. The
COC with discuss, plan, and vote on Section events and activities for the coming year.
At this COC we will discuss our Section plans for the remainder of 2023 and the first half of 2024. Wunita
Gokhos Lodge, our 2024 Conclave host, will present their plans and budget for next Spring’s Conclave.
Each Lodge’s Lodge Chief, Lodge Adviser, Lodge Staff Adviser, or their designees are invited to attend.
An agenda will be sent a week prior to the COC.
